This is my shake out video and it's been edited in WeVideo. I'm proud of the timing of the music but next time I would like to fade the music into the video.

This is my slow writing of athletics day.

High Jump

The Bar was as solid as a slab of concrete.

My clumsy body slammed into the stripy pole.

My stomach screamed when I squashed the big black bar.

Could I have jumped that high? I doubted it!!

Again I jumped as high as I could, but gravity got the better of me.

Whamm!!!

I would maybe add a bit more colour to my bookmark because so far it's only really white.

2018 Yr 6 Leaver's Art

This is my Year 6 Leaver's Art.

We had to draw and paint something from our time in Awapuni School. I painted a wave because school is really close to the ocean. I also liked skating on the netball court so I added a board. We want to remember school. I found it hard to collide colours together smoothly. I am really proud of getting the paint to over the edges.

Blog Fridge Bookmark

We have been learning how to get our family and friends to see our blogs. We decided to use bookmarks.

Something I learnt was the QR (Quick Response) code. When you scan it with your mobile phone or device.
Next time I would try to find out why the sound was not working.

Shake Out!!!

Here, we were learning about how to manage, survive and handle an earthquake. There are three simple steps. Drop, Cover, Hold.
